Description
The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has a Full and Open Competitive requirement to review and integrate available information to document the linkage between the cognitive processes represented by ATCOV (Air Traffic Controller Color Vision) test and critical or important duties and tasks performed by air traffic controllers in a report complying with the reporting requirements of the Uniform Guidelines. The DOT/FAA anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract. All Interested Parties may submit intent to propose by email to: monica.rudolph@faa.gov. Please reference SIR DTFAAC-09-R-02996, ATCOV Test Validity Report. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency. Anticipated release date of Request for Offer (RFO) before Close of Business, 02 April 2009. -------------------------------------------------- This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
