Description
The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has a Full and Open Competitive requirement for AS-332 SUPER PUMA Initial, Recurrent, and Supplemental Pilot Qualification Training. The DOT/FAA anticipates the award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract, consisting of a base year and two (2) one (1)-year renewable option periods, if exercised. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611512. All offers are due by 3:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST), on April 30, 2009. Electronic Offers will be accepted, however must be followed by signed hard copy 3 business day following the close of the solicitation, 3:00 p.m. CST5 Apr 2008. Offers must be submitted to DOT/FAA/MMAC, Bid and Proposal office, ATTENTION: Kathrine T. Budd, AMQ-100, Multi-Purpose Building, Room 313, 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73169. Please reference SIR DTFAAC-09-R-01168 on the outside of your mailing package. Offers received after this date will be determined to be late and will not be considered for award and will be filed with the official award file. All interested sources should first attempt to download the Screening Information Request (SIR) from the Internet. If downloading is not possible, all requests for a copy of the SIR should be submitted in writing either via facsimile at 405-954-9468, or via e-mail to: kathrine.budd@faa.gov.
