Description

The US Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Marcy, NY for the Oneida County Office is interested in leasing 7,590 rentable square feet of space and 64 parking spaces. The rentable square feet of space shall yield a minimum of 6,600 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. The lease term requirement is for 10 year term. The space must be available for occupancy February 1, 2010. The delineated area is within an area bounded on the North by County Routes 49/365; on the East by State Route 12; on the South by Route 13/Kellogg Streets; on the West by Route 233. This space must have easy access to primary roads. This space must have easy access to primary roads. Written expressions of interest must be submitted by 5:00 pm on April 20, 2009, and must include the following information: 1. Building Name and Address; 2. Available square feet, floor location, and rental rate per square foot; 3. Common Area factor; 4. Owner’s name and address and written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
