Description

In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this presolicitation notice of intent to issue a task order under an established IDIQ Contract with Lackland SABER contractors. Project Scope: This Task Order is issued pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Basic Contract Number FA3047-05-D-0008/0009 and any modifications thereto. The TSA Training Lab project will consist of constructing a Pre-Engineered building, 60' wide x 150' long, to include straight steel columns, beams, purlins, doors, metal siding, insulation, metal roofing, gutters, down spouts, metal canopies, and exterior lighting. Install concrete driveways, sidewalks, and equipment pads. Nstal electrical underground feeder, electrical outlets, and water supply. Install new HVAC system to include duct work supply and return diffusers, and testing and balancing. Install fire suppression system and restor site after construction.
