Approved source(s): SEMTECH (SH879); P/N SA7900; SOLID STATE DEVICES (30043); P/N: SDX9884; P D & E (14321) P/N PD0448; IAW RAYTHEON (05869) P/N: 720695-4 REV. G. Unit of Issue: Each; Nomenclature: Semiconductor device. The requirement is for a total of 860 each; 738 each to be delivered to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002; 122 each to be delivered to TRACY, CA 95304-5000 within 180 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of April 16, 2009. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 5961. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
