- The U.S. Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has an Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. W912C3-09-B-0007/ Preventive Maintenance Services for Dukane Integrated Starcall Intercom, Clock and Page System for Department of Defense Education Activity Schools-PR District at Fort Buchanan and Ramey, Puerto Rico. Contractor is to provide all necessary supervision, labor, tools, material and equipment to perform the required work that includes 4 schools with approximate 697 sets and 4 mail control box. The contract will be Firm-Fixed Price type for a One (1) Base Year Period and Four (4) One (1) Year Option Periods. The anticipated release date of the IFB is on or about 13 March 2009. The closing date of the IFB will be within 30 days from the issuance date (See solicitation for the specific date). This Invitation for Bids is issued as a Competitive Small Business 100% Total Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) code is 561621. The size standard is $12.5 million. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for status of solicitations and amendments. The bids and amendments, if any, shall be submitted to the location specified on the IFB on or before the closing time and date.
