- AMENDMENT 1 GSA FAS intends to establish a blanket purchase agreement for forty-two (42) NSN’s in the 5130 power tools class. The BPA period will be 7/1/09 (or date of award, which ever is later) for a period of 5 years or 6/30/2014. Delivery will be set at 60 days; inspection will be at destination however the government will have the right of source inspection if deemed necessary. Minimum order will be $50.00, with a maximum order limit of $99,999.99. Closing date for offers is 4/30/2009. AMENDMENT 1 APRIL 1, 2009 Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 6FLS-B0-096250-I is amended to replace page 4, the Schedule of Items, with the attached page 4, Schedule of Items. The Schedule of Items currently in the BPA package has 42 items, when there is actually only 41 items. NSN 5130 00 889 8991 is NOT part of this BPA.
