Description

Sunair Required Parts List The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD has a requirement to issue a Requirements Type Contract, Firm Fixed Priced, for one base year with four (1) one year options for the purchase of Sunair Communication equipment. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number of this acquisition is HSCG40-09-R-20005. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business, the NAICS Code is 334290 and the size standard is 500 employees. The items being requested must be Sunair products, alternate manufacturers or part numbers are not acceptable. A copy of the Brand Name letter is available by contacting the POC of this notice. Requesting piece parts for the following equipment: RT-9000A, RT-9000B, RCU-9310A, RCU-9310B, LPA-9600, F-9800, CU-9125, and CU-9150. The parts to be procured include: See attached document titled “Sunair Required Parts List”. The quantities on the attached document are estimated and based off previous requirements for those products. Delivery address for all items is: USCG ENGINEERING LOGISTICS CENTER RECEIVING ROOM – BUILDING 88 2401 HAWKINS POINT ROAD BALTIMORE, MD 21226 It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the EPS system for future notices and changes. Facsimile proposals are acceptable. Offers shall be made in accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-1. A signed copy of SF1449 shall be submitted with the proposal package. Requests for copies of the solicitation are NOT available to be mailed. All responsive and responsible firms may submit an offer which may be considered by this agency. The solicitation will be made available on FBO on or about April 8, 2009.
