Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Census intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Redwood Software, Inc., Morrisville, NC. This requirement is being advertised under Other Than Full and Open Competition by the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302. Redwood Software, Inc. shall provide the following: Cronacle Software Services, Part #SLA-US-0509-117-D-DEV1 Qty. 3, Part #SLA-US-0611-085-P Qty. 9 and Part #SLA-US-0611-087-D Qty. 4. The period of performance is date of award through March 31, 2010. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Census Bureau's needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the U.S. Census Bureau, Acquisition Division, 4600 Silver Hill Road, Room 3J444 Attn: Rhonda Talbert, Washington, DC 20233. This notice affirmative written response is received within 15 days from the publication of this synopsis, a contract may be issued to Redwood Software, Inc. without further notice.
