NSN 1680-01-537-2665, PR number 21695229. Reel, shoulder harness, inertia lock used on the UH60 Black Hawk helicopter multi-functional operator seats (MFOS). Solicitation is for 38 each of Martin Baker, cage 1Q842, P/N MBCS13227 to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 114 days After Receipt of Order. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is April 17, 2009 with a closing date of May 18, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
