- SOLICITATION NO. 301819Q185 - SUPPLY: WATER QUALITY PROBE AND OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR HYDROLOGIST USE, U.S. FISH & WILDLIFE SERVICE (REGION 3), FORT SNELLING, MINNESOTA (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 301819Q185 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a Simplified Acquisition Purchase in accordance with FAR Part 13 (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32 (iv) This solicitation of offers is issued as set-aside for small business. NAICS code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. (v) Pricing must be provided for the following line items: Item 0001 YSI 6920 V2, Multiparameter Water Quality Probe, Quantity: 1 EachItem 0002 YSI 650 Display, Quantity: 1 EachItem 0003 Cable, Quantity: 25 FeetItem 0004 Optical DO Sensor, Quantity: 1 EachItem 0005 YSI 6561 pH Probe Replacement Kit, Quantity - 1 EachItem 0006 YSI Turbidity Probe, Quantity - 1 EachItem 0007 Sontek Riversurveyor M9, ADP, Quantity - 1 EachItem 0008 Cable, Power/RS232, Quantity - 1 EachItem 0009 28-0003 Bluetooth telemetry w/DGPS, Quantity - 1 EachItem 0010 Riverboat Trimaran, Quantity - 1 EachItem 0011 Riverboat Carrying Case, Quantity - 1 Each (vi) Description of requirements: Items are required for a U.S. FWS Hydrologist to perform duties. (vii) Delivery Date is 4 weeks ARO. Place of Delivery & Acceptance & FOB Destination is Josh Eash, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, 1 Federal Drive, Fort Snelling, MN 55111. (viii) The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Brand name or equal may be quoted. If "Or Equal" item is quoted, offeror must follow directions in FAR 52.211-6. (ix) The Provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is not applicable. Award is to Offeror with the quote having the best price that meets all requirements. (x) Offerors shall complete and include one completed copy of the FAR provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer or indicate. (xi) FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) FAR clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xiii) Additional terms and conditions applicable to this acquisition are as follows: 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. 144842.01, Contractor Performance System (CPS) The Contractor Performance System (CPS) is a Federal, multi-agency, web based system created to collect, maintain, and disseminate contractor performance information as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Subpart 42-15. The system allows contractors to access interim and final evaluations electronically for review and comment following registration into the system. Contractors receiving awards in excess of $25,000 are required to register in this system. You may register using the following website: http://cpscontractor.nih.gov. This site provides instructions on how to register and offers computer-based training for contractors through the "CPS Contractor On Line Training" hyperlink. There is no fee for registration or use of the system. Electronic evaluations are available to registered Contractors for review 30 days from the date the evaluation is sent.
