- Request for Proposal Dear Prospective Offeror, The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, herein known as PNNL, operated by Battelle Memorial Institute, under Contract No. DE-AC05-76RL0 1830, with the U.S. Department of Energy, requires 1.6 and a 3.2 MXY ultra high speed MAS probe for Battelle's 900 MHZ medium bore (63) NMR system located at the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory (EMSL) facility at PNNL. Please note that this is a competitive solicitation. Award will be made to the Offeror providing the lowest price after satisfying all the technical requirements listed in the attached specification. Please see the attached Request for Proposal for further details and proposal instructions. Please direct any questions regarding this RFP to me via email. Proposals are due by April 17, 2009.
