- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR HYBRIDCRYSTAL OSCILLATOR. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. Thisnotice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendmentwill not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following questions:Q1.) Might we inquire as to the program name for the application of these oscillators? A1.) The program these oscillator parts will be used for is the LIDS (Low ImpactDocking System) project.Q2.) In your Subject Solicitation, there are two Crystal Oscillators called out. They areQT625LBE and QT625LBM. Would you advise me where can we obtain the technicalspecifications for these two parts?A2.) All LIDS (Low Impact Docking System) electrical, electronic, and electromechanicalparts shall be Grade 1 parts, due to LIDS being a Criticality 1R system. All LIDS partsmust be qualified to MIL-PRF-38534 Class K specifications. The Department of Defense(DOD) qualifies manufacturers and their products according to this specification and isplaced on DODs Qualified Manufacturers List (QML). Q-Tech Corporation, the manufacturerof part numbers QT625LBE and QT625LBM, can meet the standards provided by MIL-PRF-38534and LIDS. Q3.) Can you define what material or send me blue prints of the specifications?A3.) Documents related to thisprocurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web(WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
