- NSN 5960-01-244-1591, Electron Tube. The solicitation is issued in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Other than Full and Open Competition. Currently approved source of supply is Communications and Power Industries cage 0MH33 P/N VTH-6176D6, manufactured in accordance with source controlled 97942 DWG 585R420. Solicitation is limited to those sources who, at the time of issuance appear on the drawing. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Surge and Sustainment coverage is required. Solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract for an estimated annual quantity of 52 each. Inspection/Acceptance at origin. FOB origin. Ship 10 per month beginning 150 days to various DLA Stock locations, CONUS. Offers are requested for quantity ranges of 5-9; 10-19; 20-39; 40-49; 50-up. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of April 20, 2009. Solicitation must be downloaded from the internet site above. This solicitation is unrestricted (not set aside for small business). Please be advised that offers should be directed to the bid and abstract room as is designated in the solicitation document. Do not submit offers directly to the POC for this solicitation
