- Questions and answers for Basic In-home Installation RFQs. Amendment 1: Under Section 1 of the SOW, paragraph 4 add the following at the end of the paragraph: “…including the use of closed captioning features. Under Section 4.3 of the SOW add the following to the end of the first sentence: “…..including the use of closed captioning features.” In addition, attached is the first set of answers to questions received. Cut off for all questions is noon, Friday, 4/3/09. All questions have to be submitted in writing, via email, to eProposals@fcc.gov (End of Amendment)
