- J&A For Other Than Full and Open Competition Quantity is changed from 84 each to 50 each. Response date is changed to 04/07/09. Point of contact is changed to James E. Bryant. PR No: 0016978796. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a CH-47 Chinook Helicopter Detector, Metallic. This solicitation SPM4A5-08-R-0309 will be solicited for award of a definite quantity firm fixed price contract (FFP). The approved source is Eaton Aerospace LLC., Cage 97484 P/N 1B1065P. The NSN and Quantity are as follows: NSN 2995-01-465-9001; Quantity: 84 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection & Acceptance Destination. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 11 Feb 08. The anticipated award date is 30 April 08. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror?s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
