- GSA, FAS intends to establish a “not to exceed” one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number(s) (NSN) 8010-01-285-1329, 8010-01-302-3604, 8010-01-344-5089, 8010-01-344-5100, 8010-01-344-5101, and 8010-01-244-5119. The SPQ period will be one year from the start date. All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB DESTINATION with a 30 day or less delivery. If your firm can offer a shorter delivery it will be considered during the award process. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Global Supply, open market orders apply to this SPQ.
