- Qualification Statement Notice: This is a prequalification action to ensure the vendors who particiapte in this process can handle the size and scope of this project. HVAC Renovation of the entire ground and first floor of the west wing (approximately 60,000 sq. ft.) Includes AHU, electrical, mechancial, architectual of both floors: installation of major labs facilities on first floor, and 1,300 sq.ft. library ground floor. Curator/labs on perimeter of both floors. Key Requirements: Multi-year funding: installation of fixed lab shelving/cabinets, Compactor shelving systems, and movement/installation of existing lab equipment are part of the renovations.
