- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistic Office intends to procure items, on an other than full and open competition basis (under authority of Far 6.302-1), from the following: Johnson Controls, Inc., 507 E. Michigan Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202. The government intends to award a sole source contract for maintenance and repair of the METASYS System and York Chillers located at VA Long Beach (VALB) and VA Greater Los Angeles (Sepulveda) (VAGLA) Healthcare Systems. This amendment contains an updated equipment list for VA Long Beach for the METASYS System and correction has been made to page 26 #2 Past Performance (ii) to change the reference from "Blood Culture Analyzer" to reflect that this solicitation is for "maintenance and repair of the METASYS System and York Chillers. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
