- This is a pre-solicitation notice for the procurement of miscellaneous Motorola Radio Equipment prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-09-T-0084 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 02 April 2009. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-S-10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 334220 and the business size standard is NTE 5.5 million. Descriptions of services include three line items:CLIN 0001: Motorola Mobile RadioCLIN 0002: Impres Battery RuggedizedCLIN 0003: Motorola Digital Portable Radio The Government intends to make a single or multiple award(s)which is/are the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of best value evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Proposal), when it is released it will available electronically at the following web sites http://www.neco.nave.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-09-T-0084.
