A multi-award IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) contract is contemplated. Award will be based on the Best Value Method. Solicitation will be available on or about 03 April 2009. Proposal due date 01 May 2009. The referenced solicitation, attachments and exhibits are available from the following websites: www.nationalguardcontracting.org and www.fbo.gov. Refer to Section 00010, 00100 and 00800 of the solicitation for special instructions and requirements. All questions must be submitted in writing in accordance with instructions contained in the solicitation.
