Please review Performance Work Statement. Pages 19 and 20 of PWS omitted by Tinker Contracting. Amendment 2 Please review attachment. Please review and fill out solicitation. Amendment 1 Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. This notice of request is a notice of competitive proposals. Attached is the solicitation, amendment 1, amendment 2, reason for amendment 2, and Performance Work Statement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests.
