Description

In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this presolicitation notice of intent to issue a task order under an established IDIQ Contract with Lackland SABER contractors. Project Scope: This Task Order is issued pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Basic Contract Number FA3047-05-D-0008/0009 and any modifications thereto. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, material, tools, incidentals, equipment and Quality Assurance to renovate the interior of Bldg 7037. Renovation project consist of, but not limited to, the creation new office spaces and upgrades to the existing electrical systems. Replacement of existing HVAC and exhaust duct system in the entire building. Construct new ADA configured male and female latrines inside the building and renovate existing ADA configured male and female latrines. The project to Renovate Interior Vacant Bldg 7037, is to replace HVAC, construct new latrines, renovate existing latrines, demolition of interior walls, construct new drywall partitions, and upgrade electrical system.
