- "RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT" Synopsis: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER: GSA Financial and Business Solutions Schedule (FABS) SIN 520-15, for U.S. Dept of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office of the Chief Financial Officer The Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) intends to issue a single not to exceed Labor Hour contract for 12 months to provide additional grant support for OCFO's Accounting and Financial Management Grants Team during, pre-award and post-award activities in support of the Recovery and Reinvestment Act actions. This award will be made under the GSA Financial and Business Solutions Schedule Contract (FABS), SIN 520-15. To accomplish these tasks and support the following is required: One (1) Financial Clerk Team Leader and ten (10) Financial Clerks: Specific Tasks: Personnel should be versatile for assignment to one or more of the following tasks: • Receive grant award documents and enter financial obligation data into financial system; • Review data entries of others and approve in system (quality control) • Perform vendor table maintenance entries to financial system • Review and Process grant acceptance documents and enter into database • Review and Process Bank routing information and enter into database • Outreach to grantee organizations to obtain information concerning post-award processes • Outreach to grantee organizations concerning Financial Status report data submitted by the grantee • Ability to assist grantee with drawdown of Federal funds after awards. • Ability to review financial status report data and compare to funds drawn, and to make.
