- Delineated Area Map for 8MD2015 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks to Lease Office Laboratory and Warehouse Space Landover, MD Contracting Office Address General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), 7TH & D Streets, SW, Room 6901, Washington, DC 20407 REQUIREMENT: The United States General Services Administration seeks to identify sources and receive information on available office, lab, warehouse, and related space for the delineated area identified below. GSA is seeking approximately 52,000 rentable square feet and 27 parking spaces available for official Government use. This space shall yield approximately 18,200 ANSI/BOMA Square Feet of office and related space, approximately 30,000 ANSI/BOMA Square Feet of warehouse area, approximately 3,110 ANSI/BOMA Square Feet of lab space. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years firm. The Government will also factor in costs of moving to a new location including, but not limited to, physical move, replication of tenant improvements, above-standard/specialized alterations/equipment, furniture relocation, telecommunications infrastructure, and other related costs. LOCATION:All properties submitted to the Government must be located in the following delineated area of Prince Georges County, Maryland, North of the following, East along Rte. 50, John Hanson highway from its intersection within the District and Prince Georges County line to Rte. 202, Landover Road; to Rte. 704, Martin Luther King Highway; North along Rte. 704 to Rte. 50; East along Rte. 50 to the County Border. In addition, public transportation needs to be within a three (3) block radius. Occupancy Date: Space must be ready for occupancy and delivered to the Government no later than February 24,2010. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum (this is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): •Building name/address •Location of space in the building and date of availability •One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered •ANSI/BOMA defined general office, warehouse and lab areas/usable square feet (“USF”) •Rentable Square Feet (“RSF”) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying included services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance •Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF •Location, and number of parking spaces available to the Government •Date building will be ready for commencement of tenant improvements •Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: The General Services Administration (“GSA”) is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the GSA or their authorized representative, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
