NAICS Code: 236220, Size Standard is $33,500,000.00. This procurement is being advertised as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Estimated range is $250,000,000.00 to $500,000,000.00 with a completion period not to exceed 1278 calendar days from notice to proceed. The description of work - Construct USAMRICD, a Department of Defense Medical (DODM) facility of approximately 526,255 gross square feet. Supporting facilities include medical gas utilities (O2, CO2, LN2, N2), conventional utilities (water, sewer, gas, central district chilled water, steam), electrical services (including emergency power generation), paving, walks, parking, fencing, storm drainage, communication and information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, and site improvements that include landscaping and new access drives. The Government is proposing using a Best Value approach to select the Prime Contractor. An award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is determined to be the best value to the Government considering both price and technical factors. It is imperative that all small disadvantaged businesses contact their cognizant Small Business Administration Office to obtain Small Disadvantaged Business Certification. Without SBA, SDB certification, a prime contractor nor a federal agency can receive SDB credit when utilizing non-certified SDB contractors/subcontractors.
