Description

In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this presolicitation notice of intent to issue a task order under an established IDIQ Contract with Lackland SABER contractors. Project Scope: This Task Order is issued pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Basic Contract Number FA3047-05-D-0008/0009 and any modifications thereto. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation material, tools, incidentals, equipment and Quality Assurance to construct bus shelters in various locations matching existing bus shelters throughout Lackland AFB, TX. The requirements of this project are but not limited to the following (4 bus shelters): Excavating for slab foundations and sidewalks, placing new foundation and ADA compliant concrete sidewalks, placing brick pavers, constructing steel frame and metal roof cover, matching existing bus shelters. All work is located along Carswell Ave (NW Main Base) Lackland AFB. One of the four bus shelters is located at Lackland Training Annex (LTA) (Medina Base) at the plaza on the West end of Bldg 126 and 127. This Task Order will consist of constructing Bus Shelter(s) and Sidewalks.
