- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to increase the ceiling amount under contract NBCHC02003, the Scientific, Engineering, Technical & Administrative Support to the DISA Major Range & Test Facility Base (MRTFB) Testing Directorate (TE) Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) multiple award contract. The purpose of this increase is to provide continuous, uninterrupted services through the full contract Period of Performance (POP) ending 28 Feb 2010. The total combined ceiling is increasing from $305M by $55M to $360M. The multiple award, task based contract (resulting from a full and open competition) provides DISA's Testing Directorate, JITC, with administrative, testing and engineering support required to perform and meet its missions and functions. New tasks are competed amongst the three primary multiple award contract holders. This includes all support aspects during the planning, conducting, and reporting of all NSS and testing: the design, development, engineering, and acquisition of selected items of equipment, instrumentation, and systems; and the operation and maintenance of the facilities, test tools and labs, and administrative support cells. The contractor is Interop II Joint Venture, 14119-A Sullyfield Circle, Chantilly, VA 20151-1616. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1)(B).
