Description

The US Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Chautauqua County Office is interested in leasing up to 3,465 rentable square feet of space and 22 parking spaces. The rentable square feet of space shall yield a minimum of 3,150 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. To be considered, the office location must be within the boundaries of 28th Creek and Salisbury Roads on the North by 28th Creek and Salisbury Roads; on the East by Sprague Hill and Dean School Roads; on the South by Fluvanna Avenue and Second and Main Streets; on the West by Townline Road. Preference will be given to first floor space. The lease term will be for a 5-year term and occupancy is required by January 31, 2010. The expression of interest must be received by 5:00 pm April 20, 2009. 1. Building Name and Address; 2. Available square feet, floor location, and rental rate per square foot; 3. Common Area factor; 4. Owner’s name and address and written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
