- The 316th Contracting Squadron at Andrews AFB, MD intends to award a sole source contract to Air Security International, L.P., located at 2925 Briarpark Drive, Ste 710, Houston, TX, 77042 to provide the following: 0001 Annual subscription access to World Watch. In addition, the government is contemplating award of a multiple year (Base year plus four (4) Option years) firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other business(es) that can provide the specified item, they must respond to this notice before 1200 hrs (Eastern Standard Time) on 13 April 2009.
