- The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, supervision, permits, and licenses required to satisfactorily perform cultural resources inventories on the Mark Twain National Forest. This is a Request for Proposals which will result in an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract for a base period with four possible one-year option periods. This project is set-aside 100% for small business. Award will be made based on the best value to the government, can be made on the initial offer, and can be made to more than one offeror.
