- The purpose of this notice is to provide interested potential offerors a copy of the DRAFT Statement of Work for CCTV Installation, Maintenance and Repair of VICON Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems in advance of release of the solicitation. This is a DRAFT of the SOW only and is not a solicitation. The FINAL version of this SOW, along with evaluation factors, instructions to offerors, submittal requirements, and complete terms and conditions of the procurement will be specified in the upcoming solicitation. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Stewart intends to issue a solicitation for, installation, maintenance and repair of all components pertaining to the Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) Systems for the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) at Fort Stewart, GA. The installation used ViconNet and Vicon systems currently. The Contractor shall have experience with Vicon products. The Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, materials and equipment for installations of various (CCTV systems on FSGA and HAAF. Contractor shall perform surveys and furnish applicable drawings and cost proposals of installation sites. Contractor shall obtain permits and license(s) as required, and coordinate with utilities Point of Contact (POC) and Contracting Officers Representative (COR) prior to installation of system. Contractor shall install, make operational, integrate, test and maintain CCTV systems. Contractor shall furnish poles if required, that meet the installation design criteria, electrical cables for cameras, PVC duct to install cables in, and any other required cables or equipment to make all cameras fully operational. New camera equipment will be fully integrated with the existing ViconNet CCTV and Digital Video Recording (DVR) systems. The current operating system is Windows XP Professional Embedded and communicates using the TCP/IP protocol through the government owned local area network The Contractor shall insure that the systems are fully operational and functional as to System Configuration Management Procedures and Operational and Installation Manuals, IAW DOD 5200.1-R and AR 190-11. The contractor shall be licensed by Georgia or their State of Business Operation for this type of work and shall have a sufficient number of qualified and experienced personnel to perform the requirements of this contract. Proof of license is required at time of award for contractor. The requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS code is 561621 with a size standard of $12.5M. A Requirements Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. A 12-month period of performance is anticipated with four 1 year option periods. Interested potential offerors are encouraged to submit comments and/or questions regarding this DRAFT SOW. ALL comments and/or questions shall be submitted in writing to Mr. Eric J.
