- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal. The Army at Fort Wainwright is seeking Small Business Alaskan sources for requirements for simplified purchase, facilities construction, alterations, and repair of buildings, structures or real property under multiple Quick-Fix Blanket Purchase Agreements. The applicable NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. All contract work will be completed through individual Call Orders for individual projects on the Fort Wainwright Military Installation only. These Call Orders will be competed amongst the Blanket Purchase Agreement awardees. The term of the Blanket Purchase Agreements are expected to be a 12 month base period with four option years. Awardees will be required to be registered in the Central Contract Register and Wide Area Work Flow. This notice is published to conduct market research and to obtain interested Alaskan Small Business firms. Interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall submit the following information at a minimum: (1) company name and address; (2) Point of contact with phone number and e-mail address; (3) DUNS Number and Cage Code; (4) Title your request with the wording Ft. Wainwright Quick-Fix BPA; (5) Responses to this notice are requested to be submitted by Close of business on April 21,2009.
