- Request for Quotation RFQ: HM1575-09-T-0004, Repair/Replace Boiler, Building 613, Mineral Wells, TX 76068 The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, and schedules, forming parts thereof, to replace the boiler, the AHU unit, the water pump, and all associated piping. The work shall be performed by a mechanical contractor which has experience in replacing boilers, air handling units and HVAC control and monitoring systems. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with all Federal, State, and Local codes, standards, requirements and regulations. This project is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $14.0. The performance period for this project is 90 calendar days. The estimated price of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. In order to be eligible for award, contractors must be 1. Registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR)(www.ccr.gov) 2. Have completed their Online Representations and Certifications Application (https://orca.bpn.gov/) The work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Depository, Ft.
