Description: fl-2 FL-1 Draft Award Basis Draft Spec drawing Propose a design and fabricate four identical dipole electromagnets for use in the High Energy Spectrometer for the ILC Test Facility at the Fermilab New Muon Lab. Fermilab will supply the assembled half cores and if the vendor wants the copper conductor can also be supplied, see attached draft specification. The award of a contract will be based upon price and technical evaluation, see attached draft.
