Description: W9124Q-09-COURTREPORTING is reposted for full and open competition. This is a requirement for a 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreement service contract for a certified court reporter to provide verbatim transcript and disposition services of investigation and hearing proceedings in support of formal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints processing. (further descriptions of the items can be found at (http://143.84.21.9/DOCPAGE/pages/sol_stat.htm). Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA's) can be made from different interested companies that meet the specifications set forth in the Performance Work Statement. The BPA's will be set up for 5 years from award date and vendors may be used anytime through out the 5 years, but are not guaranteed any set amount of times to be employed. Utilization of any company will depend on the needs of the end users at White Sands Missile Range.
