RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUB L. 111-5, One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE SABER CONTRACTOR AT DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOW: Project includes all plant, labor, equipment, materials, services, and incidentals to accomplish the following: Provide direct digital controls for HVAC operations for multiple facilities, remove/demolish existing HVAC controls, and provide and install network manager to each facility. Contractor shall also provide and install controls for all air handling units, fancoil units, chillers, chilled water pumps, boilers, hot water pumps, dx packaged units, and exhaust fans.
