Description

Project: It is the intent of this solicitation and any resulting contract to have site preparation (felling work using chainsaws, brush cutters, or other hand tools) and any resulting required slash disposal work accomplished on the Marienville Ranger District of the Allegheny National Forest. The contractor shall furnish tools, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to complete the work. Location: Various sites on the Marienville Ranger District of the Allegheny National Forest in northwestern Pennsylvania. Forest, Elk, and McKean Counties, Pennsylvania. Work shall begin no earlier than July 29, 2009 and last for 90 days. Award may be made to more than one contractor. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses only. All documents needed to submit an offer will be uploaded to this site on or around April 22, 2009.
