Description
AMENDMENT TO PROVIDE CLARIFICATION OF SOURCES SOUGHT SOLICITATION NIHOF2009118 SOURCES SOUGHT This is a Sources Sought Announcement for Consultant Services for The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Facilities (ORF), and Office of Acquisitions for which the agency is seeking interested 8(a), HUB Zone, Service Disabled Veterans, Small Disadvantaged (SD) and Women-Owned Small Businesses to perform consultant services during the development and monitoring of the A-76 program performance requirements. The NIH A-76 Study resulted in the establishment of workforce performance standards that require monitoring and tracking. Specific requirements include development of program metrics, goals and priorities; preparation and submission of reports and data, analysis to support the performance metrics developed. In addition, there is a need to provide ongoing contractor support for implementation of the Quality Assurance Program, including automation of Quality Assurance data entry. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541618, Other Management Consulting Services. Offerors may be required to demonstrate relevant experience, appropriate certifications, necessary personnel, and adequate facilities. Interested Small Business concerns should respond with a capability statement no later than 13 April 2009 with length no longer than 10 pages. Capability statements must reference similar work that has been performed by the contractor, the dollar value of that work, and contract information for references knowledgeable about the quality of work completed. All business concerns who respond to this announcement will receive notification of how NIH intends to proceed with this requirement. Please reference the sources sought number on all related correspondence. No collect calls will be accepted. No facsimile transmissions will be accepted. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses under this announcement. Any proprietary information should be so marked. Interested organizations presenting a capability statement in response to this sources sought announcement must identify their size status and NAICS Codes Certifications.
