- Description
- The Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration, intends to solicit and award a contract for a CRM Customer Service Software solution to include integration, training, and support services. The solution must provide the following capabilities: (1) Correspondence Tracking, for U.S. Mail (form letters and personalized letters), e-mail responses, and phone contacts; (2) Database Management with capability to be populated from e-mail, web forms, fax ingestions, user entry (call center and U.S. Mail) and multiple external databases; (3) Workflow Management Processes, including multi-flow, internal flow, and external flow; (4) Gift Tracking with customized legal reports and capability for special printing requirements; (5) Security features to meet Section 508 compliance and capability to pass certification and accreditation requirements; (6) Real-time Reporting and Dashboards in both standard and customized formats, with drill-down and export capabilities; (7) Document Management capability, including version control; (8) Contact Management, including de-duplication and merge capabilities; (9) Natural language processing of incoming contacts and messages to Auto-Categorize and Auto-Suggest Responses; (10) Call Tracking; and (11) Other Miscellaneous capabilities including the ability to act as another user, close out email responses immediately, send email as html, visual flagging for notification of duplicate responses, CTI integration, and integrated self-service. The period of performance will be one year with four (4) one-year option periods. NAICS codes 541512 and 511210 are applicable to this procurement. An Industry Day will be held on Monday, April 27, 2009. Vendors must be U.S. Citizens, capable of passing an FBI name check, and must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov in order to participate in this procurement.
