- Statement of work Reference #: CMTDC0900047 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), IT Contracting Division, Hardware/Software & Close-out Section (DITCO/PL8322), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a combined/synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a synopsis/solicitation; quotes are being requested. This acquisition is for the purchase of maintenance support for video display equipment and video distribution system consisting of the following. Location is: 604 Tyler Street, Bldg. 3189, Scott AFB, IL 62225. Period of performance is contract award through 30 September 2009. Two Video Distribution racks each comprise of: 1 Crestron TPS-12 Touch Panel 1 Furman M-8 Power Conditioner 1 Crestron MP2E Professional Media Processor 1 Extron Matrix Switcher, Crosspoint 450 Plus Series 1 Inline 1402 Video Scaler There are currently forty nine 42" flat panel monitors installed. This includes LG, Gateway, Hitachi, Dell, Viewsonic and NEC. There are two 50" Hitachi flat panel monitors and two 60" LG flat panel monitors. This requirement is not a set-aside. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. A statement of work is attached. All quotes are due NLT 13 Apr 09, 4 PM CST. Questions will be accepted until 9 Apr 09, 11 AM CST. Please contact reginald.sanders@disa.mil with questions.
