- The Acquisition Service Center VISN 9, contracting for the VA Medical Center, Louisville, KY is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide community based residential care, substance abuse treatment and rehabilitative services for and/or chronically mentally ill (CMI) beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs who are homeless, in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions and requirements listed in the statement of work. Anticipated period of performance is July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 with one, one-year option renewal period, to be renewed at the Government's discretion. This solicitation is unrestricted. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 623220 applies to this procurement. No telephone requests will be honored. No paper copies will be available. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing. Offeror's are responsible for routinely checking this website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time for proposals, with technical documentation is included in the solicitation. It is now a requirement that all contractors be registered with CCR (Central Contractor Registration).
