THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA SCHEDULE "MISSION ORIENTED BUSINESS INTEGRATED SERVICES" (MOBIS), FSC GROUP 874, SIN 874-1 "CONSULTING SERVICES" AND SIN 874-7 "PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT", BOTH HAVING A NAICS OF 541611. The U. S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is soliciting GSA Schedule holders of FSC Group 874 for temporary support services to assist NOAA and its Line and Corporate Service Offices in the area of management of projects being funded with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. The Government anticipates establishing a single 12-month Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a result of its Request for Quote (RFQ) and that orders against the BPA will be either Firm Fixed Price or Labor Hour (with ceiling price). Anticipated areas of support services include, Project Management, Schedule Management, Cost Estimating, Requirements Analysis, Performance and Metric Developing and Manpower Requirement Determination and Cost Estimating.
