- Request for Quote Confined Space Breathing System COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M3E39043A001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32, Effective 31 March 2009. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 339113 with an 500 size standard.
