Description

Multiple Award Paving Contract program (MAPC) to deliver a wide range of both fully designed as well as design-build paving projects. Work will consist of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, and supervision necessary to inspect, test, repair, construct, demolish, excavate, grade, and alter various pavements, concrete work, and drainage systems; plus all airfield areas to include runways, taxiways, and aircraft parking aprons, on Scott AFB, Illinois. The Government anticipates awarding at least three (3) contracts. Follow-on individual task orders will be competed among selected IDIQ contractors. Task orders may range from $500 to $2,000,000. Maximum program value (combined value of all task orders from all awarded contracts) is not to exceed $9M over a four-year period. Each contract awarded will contain a basic 12-month period and three 12-month option periods. The program solicitation will include a Recovery Act seed project, Project No. VDYD 02-0279, Repair Culvert, Pryor Drive, Scott AFB IL. The seed project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation and seed project documents will be released and available for download on or about 1 Apr 2009. A presolicitation conference and seed project site visit is tentatively scheduled for 10:00 am CST, 20 Apr 09, 375th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 52, 205 E. Winters St., Scott AFB IL 62225.
