Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection/ /Acceptance: Origin; Delivery 486 days ARO TO INCLUDE FIRST ARTICLE GOVERNEMNT TEST, 120 DAYS TO SUBMIT TEST, 150 FOR EVALUATION AND 216 DAYS ARO FOR PRODUCTION AFTER APPROVAL. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 22 April 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
