- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Physician Services At Sacramento Job Corps Sacramento Job Corps is seeking a subcontractor to provide physician services to our students that range in age of 16 to 24 years old. The physician will be required to work an average of 20 hours per week for 48 weeks per year. The days that services are needed are eight (8) hours every Wednesdays and Thursdays and four (4) hours every Fridays. This contract will be in effect from June 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, with the possibility of three (3) one-year extensions. Necessary bidding documents and specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, on or after April 7, 2009. Send an email request for bid package to the buyer. Proposals must be received in the Purchasing Department to the attention of Jesse Rosario, Buyer, by 4:00 PM on April 27, 2009.
