- The Department of the Army, Mission Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting at White Sands Missile Range, NM, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to award sole source to Ixia, 26601 Agoura Rd Calabasas, CA 91302-1959, a contract for IxChariot Software maintenance support. This software is proprietary in nature and Ixia is the only know source able to provide the maintenance support. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
