Description
This is a modification to the synopsis entitled NASA Web Services, # 09162008,which was posted on September 16, 2008. NASA Headquarters intends to release Draft RFP (DRFP) NNH09274133J on April 15, 2009.This is a follow-on Web Service effort that is currently being performed under contractNNH05CC35D. The Web Enterprises Services and Technology (WEST) contract will provideNASA with an agency-wide capability to create, maintain and manage public web sites primarily www.nasa.gov -- and ancillary services. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive procurement.This procurement is anticipated to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) base, FFPIndefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated period ofperformance is for five years.The NAICS Code is 541519-Other Computer Services and the size standard is $25M.Potential Offerors are encouraged to comment on all aspects of the draft solicitation, aswell as identifying any unnecessary or inefficient requirements. Interested parties mustsubmit their comments by May 15, 2009, NLT 2pm, to David L. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the DRFP or tootherwise pay for the information solicited. The anticipated release of the final RFP is30 days after DRFP release, with proposals due approximately 30 days after the finalrelease date.
