Description
The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center has a requirement to build out two complete offices and a partial wall with door; and to install voice, data and electrical to 37 new systems furniture workstations and 2 new offices on the second floor of the VA Regional Office, 1600 E. Woodrow Wilson Ave., Jackson, MS, 39216. Work will require rework of lighting and HVAC, and programming of HVAC by a licensed programmer into the existing Trane Tracer Summit program. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and drawings. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry and the VetBiz Registry to receive an award. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Solicitation number VA-256-09-RQ-0194 for this requirement will be released on or about April 22, 2009. This solicitation will contain the Statement of Work, drawing and information necessary to propose a price for the project. A Site Visit is tentatively scheduled on April 27, 2009 at 10:00AM local time (see solicitation when available for details). Successful offeror will be required to provide a Payment Bond within 10 calendar days of contract award notification. Period of Performance is expected to be 45 days from the issuance of the Notice-To-Proceed.
